Thierry studied Applied Economic Sciences at the ULB and continued his education by following a number of executive training courses at Insead. Being born (literally) in an advertising agency and growing up in the family business - Nova Vision - he started his career in 1998 at Mercedes-Benz Belgium where he launched the CRM and digital communication department. He later became the Marketing Communication Manager for the Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge brands. In 2005, he joined l'Oréal to work on strategic launches like Men Expert and Elsève Nutrigloss. Four years later he became Head of CRM, Marketing Communication and Segment Manager for Toyota & Lexus. Finally, in 2014, he joined bpost bank as Head of Marketing Communication and Brand Manager, with a special focus on the brand's repositioning, improving the digital presence of bpost bank on the Belgian banking scene and developing the internal company values. |

After graduating from the Belgian Advertising School, Philippe started out as a strategic planner at Publicis Brussels to gather experience in the FMCG, automotive and financial sectors. In 2016 he joined the DDB Brussels where he manages brand and campaign strategies for clients such as bpost bank & Volkswagen together with a team of dedicated specialists. |
